FREE to Trackers kids and their grown-ups. Costumes encouraged! Halloween lands on a Saturday this year, so spend the afternoon with us before the evening begins. Dress up, trade treasures at the Halloween Goblin Market, shoot pumpkins on the archery range, throw axes at zombies, and solve naturalist riddles on the Candy Trail. Silly, spooky, and full of real skills.

Halloween on a Saturday. The whole day is spent waiting for dark, so we're filling the afternoon with somewhere to put that energy. Track-or-Treat is a harvest festival with a spooky overtone: costumes, campfires, and Trackers mischief, with real skills taught the whole way through.
Kids and grown-ups solve naturalist riddles on the Candy Trail with our Leaders-in-Training, trade treasures at the Halloween Goblin Market, and try their aim on pumpkins and zombies. We wrap at 2:30 so you're home in time for the evening.
Track-or-Treat Activities
Every station is free, guided, and open all afternoon. Drop in, try a skill, trade a treasure.
🍭 Candy Trail
Our Leaders-in-Training run a trail of naturalist riddles. Solve the riddle, earn the candy.
🎃 Pumpkin Archery
Test your aim on real pumpkins and make a glorious mess. Gear provided, Guides at every lane.
🧟 Zombie Axe Throwing
Sink a blade into the undead at our throwing lanes. Real axes and knives, Guides at every lane.
🧙 Goblin Market
Barter trinkets and found baubles like a proper forest goblin. No money, no food. How it works →
The Afternoon 🕯️
Stations run all afternoon. Come when you can and stay as long as you like. The Goblin Market closes at 1:30 sharp, so bring your trades early.
- 11:30 AM Doors open. Goblin Market and all stations open
- 1:30 PM Goblin Market closes
- Ongoing Archery, axes, and the Candy Trail
- 2:30 PM Track-or-Treat ends. Caretaking & cleanup
Let the Haunting Begin
Kids, grown-ups, goblins, and ghouls, all welcome. Come in costume, come curious, and stay for the trades.
🎪 The Spooky Spirit
A Harvest Festival Track-or-Treat is a harvest celebration first, with a spooky overtone. Expect pumpkins, campfire smoke, and a few zombies at the throwing lanes.
Costumes Welcome Come as you are or in full costume. Our Guides and Leaders-in-Training will be dressed up too.
Real Skills Every station teaches something: archery, blade safety, naturalist riddles. Spooky and silly on the outside, Trackers on the inside.
🧭 Good to Know
Youth Participants Guardians must fully supervise children under 16. Teens 16+ may attend without a guardian only with explicit consent and acknowledgement that Trackers is not providing direct, continuous supervision.

Home by Dark We end at 2:30 on purpose. You'll have time to get home, eat something real, and head out for the evening.
Caretaking & Cleanup Let's leave Camp Herms better than we find it. At this free community event, we're grateful to those who help care for and clean up.
